Ferrotec is one of the biggest stainless steel and aluminum vacuum chamber machining companies in China. Ferrotec possesses 5 big machines for chamber machining and multiple UHV cleaning lines, mainly applied to industries such as semiconductor, LCD, OLED, 3G, LED and optical fiber etc.
We also possess total of 10 advanced inspection equipments such as: Portable X-Ray Generator, CMM, spectrum analyzer, helium leak detector, roughmeter, Toolmaker’s Microscope, and roundness tester, etc.
There are total 149 sets of advanced manufacturing equipment — like, 61 sets CNC, 49 sets MC (including 12 Large Horizontal MC and 37 Vertical MC), 2 sets gantry MC, 1 set CNC boring & milling center, 6 sets boring lathe/ milling machines (including 3 sets large boring lathe), 10 sets common NC, 9 sets grinding machines. Besides, there is 1 set threading machine, 1 set flexible production line, 29 sets welding machines, 2 sets robot welding machines, 1 set NC punching machine, 2 sets NC folding machines, etc.
